Corning HPFS® 7980 Wafer is the industry-standard high-purity synthetic fused silica substrate, featuring ultra-low thermal expansion, exceptional deep-UV to near-IR transmittance, supreme optical homogeneity, and excellent chemical/thermal stability. It is the first choice for DUV photomask substrates, high-power laser optics, semiconductor microfabrication, and aerospace optical systems. We supply standard 2"~12" wafers (SSP/DSP) from prototype to high-volume production.
