OHARA SK1300 Wafers

OHARA SK-1300 Wafer is the industry-standard ultra-high purity synthetic fused silica substrate, manufactured via advanced VAD process. It features ultra-low thermal expansion, exceptional deep-UV to near-IR transmittance, supreme optical homogeneity, and excellent chemical/thermal stability. It is the qualified material for DUV photomask substrates, TFT-LCD/SOI devices, high-power UV laser optics, and aerospace optical systems. We supply standard 2"~12" wafers (SSP/DSP) from prototype to high-volume production.
